Therapy offers space to explore your experiences, understand patterns, and create meaningful change. I work with adults facing relationship issues, career shifts, parenting challenges, and burnout, using a relational and psychodynamic approach. Each client has different needs and I will use skills from my training from cognitive behavioral to mindfulness and more.
With 16+ years of experience, I provide a supportive, safe environment to help you gain clarity and build a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I’m in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Private pay is $185 per 50–55 minute session.
Who I work with
I work with high-functioning adults—entrepreneurs, leaders, parents, or anyone carrying a lot—navigating responsibility, life transitions, and the challenges of building a meaningful life. Many of my clients are in a growth stage, building careers, businesses, partnerships, families, or all of the above.
Some are parents. Some are leaders. Some are both. Some are neither. What they share is a drive to understand themselves, grow, and live with more clarity and balance. They are thoughtful, insight-driven, emotionally aware, motivated to grow, and ready to create deeper, more meaningful change in their lives.
