Therapy for Adults
Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand patterns, and create meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, career changes, parenting, burnout, and other transitions in life
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and relational therapy, while drawing on practical tools from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness when they are helpful. I tailor our work to you and what you need when you need it.
Who I work with
I work with high-functioning adults; entrepreneurs, leaders, parents, or anyone carrying a lot, potentially facing burnout. People who are navigating responsibility, life transitions, and the challenges of building a meaningful life. Many of my clients are in a transition stage, building or winding down careers, businesses, partnerships, families, or all of the above.
Some are parents. Some are leaders. Some are both. Some are neither. What they share is a drive to understand themselves, grow, and live with more clarity and balance. They are thoughtful, insight-driven, emotionally aware, motivated to grow, and ready to create deeper, more meaningful change in their lives.
Therapy with me is for people who want support in managing anxiety and stress, gaining clarity, strengthening relationships, and creating sustainable ways to thrive at work, at home, and in life. If this resonates with you, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
