Sometimes your mind just won't shut off.

You may find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about what could go wrong, second-guessing decisions, or trying to anticipate every possible outcome. Maybe you know logically that you're probably okay, but your mind and body don't seem to believe it.

Anxiety doesn't always look like fear. It can show up as irritability, perfectionism, difficulty relaxing, trouble sleeping, or feeling like you always need to be one step ahead.

When Overthinking Becomes a Way of Coping

Overthinking often serves a purpose. Maybe being prepared and responsible has helped you feel safe or in control. Maybe you've learned to anticipate other people's needs or solve problems before they happen.

The problem is that strategies that once helped can eventually become exhausting.

Together, we'll work toward feeling more grounded, tolerating uncertainty, and creating a little more space between what you think and how you respond.

Let's Talk

If anxiety or overthinking has become a constant companion, we can start with a conversation and see whether we're a good fit.
