A great clinical idea is only the beginning.
Launching a new behavioral health service requires more than knowing how to provide the care. You have to think through the business model, staffing, workflows, patient experience, financial sustainability, and how the program will actually work within your organization.
I've helped develop and launch innovative behavioral health services and understand how many decisions have to come together to turn an idea into a functioning program.

From Idea to Something That Works
I can help you think through a new program from both the clinical and operational perspectives.
We might work together on defining the model of care, developing workflows, determining staffing needs, considering financial and revenue implications, creating a plan for implementation, or identifying the systems needed to support the program as it grows.
My experience includes developing and scaling ketamine-assisted psychotherapy services, but my consulting work isn't limited to one type of treatment. I'm interested in helping behavioral health leaders thoughtfully develop services that are clinically meaningful, operationally sound, and sustainable.
